At the Iowa State Team Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Cyclone gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through the portal.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
